Most of the products on this site are covered under our 7 day return policy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or functioning of the product, please get in touch with us immediately with the issue you are facing and we will try to provide a best resolution.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, including all the add-ons or freebies received with the product. Please make sure the original invoice is returned along with the returned product.
For Earthenware products, return policy applies only if information on transit damage is shared within 3 days of delivery using any communication channel.
Some product like food grains, oilseeds, etc., are not eligible for return.
In certain situations like, when a returned product is not in its original condition, or is damaged or has parts missing, only partial refunds will be granted.
We reserve the right to deduct shipping charges for returns where the product received is in perfect condition and is being returned due to a change of mind.
As soon as the return is received, it will be inspected, and you will receive an email to notify you about the receipt of the return. Depending on the outcome of the inspection, the eligibility of refund and the refund amount, will also be notified in the same email.
All refunds will be processed with 7 working days from receipt to the same to the original mode of payment. In-case of COD payments, refund will to processed to bank account provided by you.
In rare cases in which the refund in not appearing on your statement, we request you to kindly check with your bank or card provider for the same. Certain banks and card providers take up to 3 days to post return transactions.
Please contact us at email@example.com, with your order ID and as many details as possible in case of any discrepancy or non-receipt of refund.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be returned. Products purchased on sale/or at promotional prices will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges: All products are eligible for exchange (except edible items). If any product received is damaged in transit, or DOA, we request you to share the details of the same within 3 days (for earthenware) or 7 days (for other products) at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quick and hassle free resolution.
Gifts: If you received the product as a gift and wish to return it. You can do so by contacting us on email@example.com. Upon the receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you for the original value (subject to return policy mentioned above).
If your benefactor hasn’t marked your product as gift, you will have to return the product to your benefactor who can return the product for exchange or refund.
To return the product, you will have to send the product back to us at your cost which is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
